Means I don't change the oil. I just change the filter & top it off. The reason Amsoil has to be changed is because of contamination. The Super Duty Filter does a nice job of filtering it out. On the old Fords I drive, the engine tolerances are relatively high, so the high film strength of the Amsoil sort of "cushions" the moving parts, including the interiors of bearings.
Not only do I spare the earth from a bit of drain oil, but also reduce the demand for new oil in my small way.
